Frequently asked questions
What are Mora gems?
Mora gems are the credits that power Relo's AI features, like chat and video summaries. Each AI request consumes gems — roughly 0.1 to 5 gems depending on the length of the video Relo needs to process.
Do unused gems roll over?
No. Your monthly allotment resets to 300 gems at the start of each billing period, and unused gems from the previous period expire. Top-up gems expire one month after purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account menu inside Relo at any time. You keep access to your remaining gems until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens if I run out of gems?
AI features pause until your allotment resets at your next renewal — or you can buy a top-up pack of 60 gems for $1 whenever you need more. Top-up packs require an active subscription.

Billing errors, unauthorized charges, and service failures are refunded. See our refund policy for details.
